  • 2 cups green beans
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add coconut oil, honey, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. For green beans, heat olive oil in a pan.
  7. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  8. Add mushrooms, green beans, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 7-10 minutes.
