- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups green beans
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add coconut oil, honey, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- For green beans, heat olive oil in a pan.
- Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add mushrooms, green beans, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 7-10 minutes.
Notes
- Let the baked dish cool before serving.
- Use fresh ingredients for better flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
