- 2 large russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Anweisungen
- Wash and peel the potatoes.
- Cut potatoes into thin fries.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add fries to the bowl and toss until coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Once cooked, sprinkle parmesan cheese and parsley over fries.
