This recipe makes crispy and delicious potato chips using an air fryer.
Zutaten

- 2 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Anweisungen
- Wash and peel the potatoes.
- Slice the potatoes thinly using a mandoline.
- Soak the potato slices in water for 30 minutes.
- Drain and pat the slices dry with a towel.
- In a bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, salt, and paprika.
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
- Place the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove the chips and let them cool before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
- Store leftover chips in an airtight container.
