Anweisungen
- Boil the baby potatoes until fork-tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain and let them cool slightly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Using a fork or a flat surface, gently smash each potato.
- In a bowl, toss the smashed potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve hot.
