- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Anweisungen
- In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
- Add sugar, oil, and salt to the yeast mixture.
- Gradually add flour, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it with a cloth.
- Let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and divide it into two loaves.
- Shape the loaves and place them in greased bread pans.
- Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before slicing.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use milk instead of water.
- Store bread in an airtight container for freshness.
