Anweisungen
- Peel and dice the apples.

- In another bowl, whisk milk and egg.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the apples.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with optional glaze or powdered sugar.
