A delicious twist on traditional apple pie, wrapped in a tortilla.

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 3 cups sliced apples
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add sliced apples, sugar, and cinnamon. Cook until apples are soft.
- Place a few spoonfuls of the apple mixture in each tortilla.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the wrapped enchiladas.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm, topped with additional caramel sauce and nuts if desired.

- Use any type of apples for your preferred flavor.
- Serve with ice cream for added sweetness.
