  • 2 cups peeled and chopped apples
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla, and mix well.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
  6. Fold in apples and pecans.
  7. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
  8. In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar and cream over medium heat to make praline topping.
  9. Pour the praline mixture over the batter.
  10. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
