- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 3 large egg yolks
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- In another bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and egg yolks until smooth.
- Pour the lemon mixture into the baked crust.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Let the pie cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Whip the cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Spread whipped cream over the chilled pie before serving.
