- 2 cups jasmine rice
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 pound green beans
- 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
Anweisungen
- Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water.
- In a pot, combine rice, coconut milk, and a pinch of salt. Cook until rice is tender.
- In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add ginger and garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add green beans and mushrooms, cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in shredded carrots and soy sauce, cook for another 3 minutes.
- Serve rice topped with vegetable mixture and garnish with cilantro.

- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- Serve warm for best flavor.
