  • 1 lb turkey breast, sliced

  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Anweisungen

  1. Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water.
  2. Combine rice and water in a pot, bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. While rice cooks, heat sesame oil in a pan.
  4. Add ginger, garlic, and turkey slices to the pan.
  5. Cook until turkey is browned and cooked through.
  6. Stir in soy sauce, snow peas, and bell pepper.
  7. Cook for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  8. Fluff rice and serve turkey mixture over rice.
