Zutaten

- 2 cups jasmine rice
- 4 cups water
- 1 lb turkey breast, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Anweisungen
- Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water.
- Combine rice and water in a pot, bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.
- While rice cooks, heat sesame oil in a pan.
- Add ginger, garlic, and turkey slices to the pan.
- Cook until turkey is browned and cooked through.
- Stir in soy sauce, snow peas, and bell pepper.
- Cook for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Fluff rice and serve turkey mixture over rice.
- Garnish with green onions and cilantro.
Notes
- Adjust soy sauce for desired saltiness.
- Use leftover turkey for a quicker meal.
- Serve with sriracha for extra heat.
