Crispy baked beef flautas served with creamy queso dip.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Cooking spray
Anweisungen
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned.
- Add garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Place a spoonful of beef mixture on each tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Tightly roll tortillas and place on a baking sheet.
- Spray flautas with cooking spray.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with queso dip.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add jalapeños to the beef mixture.
- Serve with salsa for added taste.
