- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs

Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, pumpkin puree, and sugar.
- Add eggs and vegetable oil, then mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- If using, fold in walnuts.
- Divide the batter into a lined muffin tin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
