Delicious banana bars topped with cream cheese frosting.

- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, sugar, brown sugar, and butter.
- Add eggs and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the banana mixture. Stir until combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before frosting.
- For frosting, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
- Spread frosting over cooled banana bars.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Use ripe bananas for better flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
