- 3 ripe bananas
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mash the bananas.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
- Add mashed bananas to the egg mixture and mix well.
- Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold into the banana mixture.
- Pour the batter onto a lined baking sheet and spread evenly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- While baking, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until peaks form.
- Once the cake is cool, spread the whipped cream over it.
- Roll the cake tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Unroll, sprinkle chocolate shavings, and serve.

- Use very ripe bananas for more flavor.
