A delicious beef enchilada recipe that’s easy to make.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups enchilada sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt to taste
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat.
- Add garlic powder, chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Spread some enchilada sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Fill each tortilla with beef mixture and roll them up.
- Place rolled tortillas seam side down in the baking dish.
- Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
