Tender beef tips cooked in a rich mushroom gravy.
Zutaten
Skala
- 1 pound beef tips
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Anweisungen
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add beef tips and brown on all sides.
- Remove beef and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onions and garlic. Sauté until soft.
- Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well.
- Return beef to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 20-25 minutes until beef is tender.
Notes
- Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
- You can add herbs like thyme for extra flavor.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
