- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil

- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 green onions, chopped
Anweisungen
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Dip chicken pieces in beaten eggs, then coat with cornstarch.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- In a pan, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
