- 4 flounder fillets
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and parsley.
- Place flounder fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the garlic mixture over the fillets.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of each fillet.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
