- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, rice, chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

- You can use leftover chicken for this recipe.
