- 350ml water
- 100g active sourdough starter
- 10g salt
Anweisungen
- Mix the flour and water in a bowl until combined.
- Add the sourdough starter and salt, then knead the dough until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for 4 hours, folding every hour.
- Divide the dough into pieces and shape them into baguettes.
- Let the shaped baguettes proof for 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 250°C (482°F) with a baking stone inside.
- Score the baguettes and place them in the oven.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
