- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
- Fill muffin tin cups halfway with batter, add a dollop of cream cheese mixture, then top with more batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can substitute pumpkin with applesauce for a different flavor.
