A delicious recipe for the best Thanksgiving ham.

- 1 whole ham (8–10 pounds)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, mustard, vinegar, cloves, and cinnamon.
- Rub the mixture all over the ham.
- Place the ham in a roasting pan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting every 10 minutes.
- Let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- This ham can be made a day in advance.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- You can use pineapple juice instead of apple cider vinegar for a different flavor.
