- 2 cups of green beans
- 1 cup of chopped carrots
- 1 cup of corn
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
Anweisungen
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, boil green beans, carrots, and corn for 5 minutes.
- Drain the vegetables and return them to the pot.
- Add butter, salt, and pepper. Stir until melted.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Can be made ahead and reheated.
