- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg

- 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
- 1 cup powdered sugar for rolling
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
- Add egg and vanilla, then mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
- Take a tablespoon of dough, flatten it, and add a teaspoon of Biscoff spread.
- Wrap the dough around the spread and roll into a ball.
- Roll each ball in powdered sugar.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool on a wire rack.
Notes
- Chilling the dough helps with rolling.
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- For a richer flavor, use dark brown sugar.
