Delicious cinnamon roll cheesecake bars made using a blender.
Zutaten

- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Anweisungen
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a blender, combine cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, eggs, and vanilla.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, and melted butter.
- Add the flour mixture to the blender and pulse until combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the top of the batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool before slicing into bars.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Best served chilled.
- Can be topped with whipped cream.
