A refreshing lemon pie made easily in a blender.
Zutaten

- 1 cup of fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- Whipped cream for topping (optional)
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In the blender, combine lemon juice, sugar, melted butter, and eggs. Blend until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and salt.
- Press the graham cracker mixture into a pie pan to form the crust.
- Pour the lemon mixture into the crust.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Top with whipped cream before serving if desired.
