- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons cold butter
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter until smooth. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
- Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients. Fold in blueberries.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, oats, cold butter, and cinnamon for the streusel topping.
- Drop cookie dough onto a baking sheet. Sprinkle streusel on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- Use frozen blueberries if fresh are not available.
- Adjust sugar based on sweetness preference.
