  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons cold butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter until smooth. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients. Fold in blueberries.
  5. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, oats, cold butter, and cinnamon for the streusel topping.
  6. Drop cookie dough onto a baking sheet. Sprinkle streusel on top.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.
