- 8 slices of bread, cubed
- 1 pound of breakfast sausage
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the sausage in a skillet until browned; drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, mix the bread, cooked sausage, and cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread mixture; stir to combine.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
