Healthy and easy breakfast egg muffins recipe.

- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add spinach, bell pepper, cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
- Grease a muffin tin and pour the mixture evenly into each cup.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the egg muffins are set.
- Let cool, then remove from muffin tin.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
- Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
