Anweisungen
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onion, celery, and garlic; sauté until softened.
- In a large bowl, combine brioche cubes, sautéed vegetables, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper.
- Pour chicken broth over the mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer stuffing to a baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
