A creamy and cheesy casserole made with broccoli, rice, and chicken.

- 2 cups cooked broccoli
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix broccoli, rice, chicken, and cheese.
- In another bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the soup mixture over the chicken mixture and stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use frozen broccoli if fresh is not available.
- For extra flavor, add herbs like thyme or parsley.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
