- 1 pound brussel sprouts, trimmed and shredded
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Shred the brussel sprouts and place them in a large bowl.
- Add the dried cranberries and sliced almonds.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
