- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Anweisungen
- Prepare an 8×8 inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and heavy cream over medium heat.
- Stir until the mixture reaches a boil. Allow it to boil for 5 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
- Add the chopped pecans and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Let it cool at room temperature for about 2 hours until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
