Anweisungen

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour and sugar. Cut in chilled butter until crumbly.
  3. Gradually add cold water until dough forms. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough and cut into circles. Fit into muffin tin cups.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together brown sugar, corn syrup, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
  6. Add raisins or pecans if desired.
  7. Pour the filling into the pastry shells.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until filling is set.
  9. Let cool before serving.
