  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup raisins or pecans (optional)

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, butter, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add cold water gradually and mix until dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough and cut into circles for tart shells.
  5. Press the circles into a muffin tin.
  6. In another bowl, mix brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, egg, and vanilla.
  7. Add raisins or pecans if using.
  8. Pour the filling into the tart shells.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the filling is set.
  10. Let cool before serving.
