- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup raisins or pecans (optional)
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, butter, sugar, and salt.
- Add cold water gradually and mix until dough forms.
- Roll out the dough and cut into circles for tart shells.
- Press the circles into a muffin tin.
- In another bowl, mix brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, egg, and vanilla.
- Add raisins or pecans if using.
- Pour the filling into the tart shells.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the filling is set.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be served warm or at room temperature.
