- 1 head of cabbage, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced

- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 4 cups of vegetable broth

Anweisungen
- Heat a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add carrots, celery, and bell pepper, cook for a few minutes.
- Stir in cabbage, broth, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
