- 4 eggs

Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a cake pan.
- In a bowl, cream butter and sugar together.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well.
- Stir in milk and vanilla.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in chopped nuts and dried fruits.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Can be decorated with icing or powdered sugar.
- Best served with whipped cream.
