- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix jerk seasoning, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken thighs with the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Place chicken on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight.
- Adjust the spiciness by using more or less jerk seasoning.
- Serve with rice and peas for a complete meal.
