A delicious combination of carrot cake and cheesecake.
Zutaten

- 2 cups grated carrots
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix grated carrots, sugar, flour, oil, eggs, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour half the carrot cake batter into a greased pan.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the batter.
- Top with remaining carrot cake batter.
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can be served with cream cheese frosting.
