Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a pan, sauté the onion, celery, and garlic until soft.
- Add the chopped cauliflower and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the thyme, sage, salt, and pepper.
- Add the vegetable broth and simmer until cauliflower is tender.
- Mix in the bread crumbs.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
