- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound scallops
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 package cheddar bay biscuit mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add carrots and celery, cooking until soft.
- Stir in flour, mixing well.
- Add seafood stock and heavy cream, stirring until thickened.
- Add shrimp, scallops, peas, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a pie dish.
- Prepare the cheddar bay biscuit mix according to package instructions. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese.
- Drop biscuit dough over the seafood mixture.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
