- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Anweisungen
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Punch down the dough and divide it into small pieces.
- Flatten each piece, place a spoonful of cheese in the center, and shape it into a knot.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley.
- Brush the garlic mixture over the knots.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
