- 1 large tortilla
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon pickles
- Oil for frying
Anweisungen
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned.
- Drain excess fat and mix in onions, ketchup, mustard, and pickles.
- Place the tortilla on a flat surface.
- Add the beef mixture in the center of the tortilla.
- Top with cheddar cheese and lettuce.
- Fold the tortilla to wrap the filling securely.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Place the wrap seam-side down and cook until golden brown.
- Flip and cook the other side until crispy.
- Remove from the pan and slice in half to serve.
