- 1 package egg roll wrappers

Anweisungen
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add onions, pickles, ketchup, and mustard to the beef. Mix well.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of an egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper and seal the edges with water.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy skillet.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown on all sides.
