- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced green bell pepper
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
Anweisungen
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add onions, green bell peppers, and mushrooms. Cook until softened.
- Stir in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes until thickened.
- Top with provolone cheese and cover until melted.
- Serve on hamburger buns.
