A delicious twist on classic grilled cheese, featuring cheesy garlic bread and shrimp.

- 4 slices of garlic bread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Anweisungen
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Brush olive oil on one side of each garlic bread slice.
- Place two slices of garlic bread in the skillet, oiled side down.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top of the bread in the skillet.
- Add cooked shrimp evenly over the cheese.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Place the other two slices of garlic bread on top, oiled side up.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip carefully and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from skillet and garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen shrimp.
- Adjust garlic powder to your taste.
- Serve immediately for best flavor.
