A delicious twist on classic grilled cheese, featuring cheesy garlic bread and shrimp.


Zutaten

  • 4 slices of garlic bread
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Anweisungen

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Brush olive oil on one side of each garlic bread slice.
  3. Place two slices of garlic bread in the skillet, oiled side down.
  4. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top of the bread in the skillet.
  5. Add cooked shrimp evenly over the cheese.
  6. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  7. Place the other two slices of garlic bread on top, oiled side up.
  8. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Flip carefully and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
  10. Remove from skillet and garnish with parsley before serving.

  • Use fresh or frozen shrimp.
  • Adjust garlic powder to your taste.
