- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and butter to the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and place it on a baking sheet.
- Spread melted butter over the dough.
- Sprinkle minced garlic, mozzarella, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning evenly on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cut into sticks and serve hot.

- For extra flavor, add herbs to the dough.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
