- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Anweisungen
- Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.
- Boil the potatoes until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Add cream cheese, sour cream, butter, and milk to the pot.
- Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese, ranch dressing mix, bacon bits, and green onions.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until heated through and golden on top.
