A hearty and flavorful cheesy spinach meatball potato bake.
Zutaten

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 cups potatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, spinach, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- In a baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes at the bottom.
- Place the meatballs on top of the potatoes.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the meatballs and potatoes.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Feel free to use frozen spinach if fresh is unavailable.
- You can substitute ground beef with turkey or chicken.
- Adjust cheese type based on preference.
