  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 cups potatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, spinach, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs.
